24kv Load Break Switch, SF6 switch
 

SF6 load break switches are designed for switching circuits with currents up to 630 A in 6 kV, 10 kV, and 20 kV/24kV / 50 Hz three-phase A.C. networks.

 

Features of the products:
 

1) Designed for our GSM serie AIS ring main unit(RMU) switchgear and could also fit to all kinds of similar switchgears.
 

2)Insulation ability for arc-extinguishing is increased(when switchgear is at open status) because SF6 gas was filled with 0.03Mpa~0.04Mpa pressure

Safely make the whole size smaller.

3)Best material:The copper contacter contains more than 99.95% Cu content and special production process guaranteed the abrasion rigidity .We called this material named T2 copper.

4)Increased phased distance :210mm ,particular design lengthened  air and creepage distance.
 

5)Strictly control quality we chose the best quality epoxy resin although it was expensive.
Making a belt transect with epoxy resin to test before every production is a must.
According to test datas ,the major material quality (such as bending strength, tensile strength,impact strength etc) is well controlled.

6) Internal contact terminals are of permanent magnetism material.
The arc becomes thinner and thinner thus naturally exthinguish in SF6 gas when LBS switches to open position.
