Designed by GRENO (XIAMEN) SWITCHGEAR CO., LTD., SF6 load break switches are perfect for switching circuits with currents up to 630 A in 6 kV, 10 kV, and 20 kV/24kV/50 Hz three-phase AC networks.
GRENO (XIAMEN) SWITCHGEAR CO., LTD. presents a high-quality switchgear that offers enhanced insulation ability for arc-extinguishing when in open status. This is achieved by filling the switchgear with SF6 gas at a pressure of 0.03Mpa~0.04Mpa.
Our switchgear is designed to make the whole size smaller, ensuring safety without compromising performance.
The copper contactor in our switchgear contains more than 99.95% Cu content and is made using a special production process that guarantees excellent abrasion rigidity. We refer to this material as T2 copper.
Furthermore, our switchgear features an increased phased distance of 210mm, thanks to a particular design that lengthens the air and creepage distance.
We understand the importance of using the best materials, which is why we have chosen to use premium quality epoxy resin for our products.
Prior to every production, we conduct a belt transect test using epoxy resin. This essential step allows us to verify the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet our stringent standards.
Through extensive testing, we have successfully controlled the major material quality aspects, including bending strength, tensile strength, and impact strength. This guarantees that our products are built to withstand demanding conditions and deliver exceptional performance.
Our internal contact terminals are made of permanent magnetism material. This ensures a reliable and efficient connection, contributing to the overall performance and longevity of our products.
When our LBS switches to the open position, the arc naturally becomes thinner and eventually extinguishes in SF6 gas. This feature enhances the safety and reliability of our products.
